CARA Cosmetics International Inc. Return Policy
All sales are final. No returns of merchandise will be accepted without prior approval and return authorization assigned by CARA. Returns may be conditioned based on any product defects or any allergic reactions or sensitivity. Products returned must contain at least 75% of the contents to receive a store credit or full refund.
Limited Warranty/No Representations: CARA Cosmetics shall not be subject to any consequential, incidental, indirect or contingent damages whatsoever with respect to claims made by a CARA Representative or reseller of the Products. The maximum amount for which CARA Cosmetics shall be liable to any person or entity with respect to defective Products is expressly limited to the aggregate value of the defective Products determined by the price paid by the claimant and evidenced by appropriate documentation. This express written warranty is in lieu of all other express and implied warranties whatsoever, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
RESTOCKING: RETURNED MERCHANDISE will have a 25% restocking fee.
CARA Makeup Academy
AUTHORIZATION & LATE FEE POLICY: I understand that if I miss a payment, or if I am more than 5 days late on a payment, a $25.00 monthly fee will be charged in addition to the installment payment due. Should I miss any payments the full balance may become due and payable at that time. Any and all enrollment bonuses and credits will be forfeited and no longer applicable.
REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY: To receive a refund you may cancel within 3 business days after your registration of class. You will receive a full refund of all monies paid minus a $75.00 cancellation fee and all credit card payments will be charged an additional 3% processing fee of total payments received.
RESCHEDULING OR CANCELLATIONS: After 3 business days of registration your deposit is non - refundable. You may cancel or reschedule a confirmed registration up to 20 business days prior to the start date of your scheduled CARA Class. You will receive a credit of all monies paid applicable to a future class, minus a $50 processing fee. All payments received for classes are neither refundable nor transferable. All applicable credits are issued as credit vouchers for a future class and are valid up to nine months from date of issue. Credit vouchers are not applicable toward CARA Cosmetics products or online purchases. All cancellations made later than the allotted time, including "no shows" on the actual class date will result in forfeiture of your entire class payment. If you miss more than 3 hours of class time, you can make up the missed class time within 6 months. Certificates of Completion are awarded once payment in full has been processed and received and provided all the homework is successfully completed with no time missed from class.
